2 minutes from Junc 12 of  M3:  follow signs to Otterbourne from mini-roundabout;  after the Otterbourne sign, turn right into Boyatt Lane. 

Go past Otter pub on your right, past allotments on left, at end of green bank, turn left into Pitmore Road then second left into Park Lane (blue sign unsuitable for HGVs) a gravel track.

 

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

 

Alight  the Bluestar 1 bus route from Winchester to Southampton at the Otter PH, 5 mins walk; or the E2  Winchester to Eastleigh local service  which passes the southerly end of Park Lane
